1. Subject of Services

Weigregina provides mentorship in managing financial compliance, annual reporting, and profit reinvestment strategies. Services are provided exclusively for the purpose of optimizing the capital structure and do not constitute complete legal or accounting advice, except within the limits specified in the individual contract.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• The Client undertakes to provide accurate and complete financial information necessary for the internal audit.
• Weigregina guarantees data confidentiality and compliance with professional standards in tax strategy.
• Any profit reinvestment recommendation is based on the data provided and does not imply guaranteed results.

3. Limitation of Liability

Weigregina is not liable for indirect losses or moral damages caused by improper use of the recommendations. The company's total liability is limited to the amount of the fee paid for the respective service, in accordance with applicable law.

4. Conditions for Termination of Use

The contract may be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice. In the event of serious financial non-compliance or proven fraud, Weigregina may immediately suspend access to services without penalty.

5. Modification of Terms

Weigregina reserves the right to update these terms with a 15-day prior notice. Continued use of the services after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
